Violence & Virtue — Return & Refund Policy

At Violence & Virtue, every piece is printed on-demand using premium organic cotton garments.
This ensures waste-free production, consistent quality, and ethically made apparel.

Made-to-Order Items
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. In most cases, returns are not required and photo verification will be used instead.

Eligible for a Free Replacement

We will replace your item if:

  • It arrived damaged

  • It arrived with a manufacturing or printing defect

  • You received the wrong item, size, or colour

  • Your order was lost in transit

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the issue

  3. A brief description

We’ll take care of the rest.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Because our items are made on-demand, the following are not returnable:

  • Size exchanges

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Wrong colour or variant ordered

  • Mistakes entered at checkout (address, colour, size, quantity)

  • Normal wear and tear

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to our production partner due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is lost in transit, we will replace it once confirmed by the carrier.
For stolen packages marked "Delivered", please submit a claim with the carrier first.

International Orders

Some countries may charge customs or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

Why We Don’t Accept Standard Returns

Our products are printed individually when you order — reducing waste and avoiding mass production.
This allows us to offer premium quality while keeping our environmental footprint low.
