All products are made to order and shipped from Latvia (EU).

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Because items are made to order, production begins immediately after purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

In most cases, returns are not required and photo verification will be used instead.
