PRODUCTS

What fabric are your T-shirts made from?

All Violence & Virtue T-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton, offering a premium feel, comfort, and durability with eco-friendly production.

How are your designs printed?

We partner with Printful, which uses high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for crisp detail and long-lasting prints.

Will the colour of the shirt vary slightly?

Yes. Depending on lighting, screens, and Printful’s production process, slight colour variation is normal.

ORDERS

How long does it take to process an order?

Each item is made-to-order. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items go into production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order begins fulfillment.

SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Printful ships worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination:

UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
USA: 3–7 business days
International: 7–15+ business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, colour, or change of mind.
Please check your size carefully before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, misprint, or damage, we will replace it free of charge.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number
Photos of the item
Description of the issue

What if my order is lost in transit?

If tracking shows the package lost or undelivered, we’ll work with Printful to replace the order.

SIZING

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide.
We strongly recommend measuring a T-shirt you already own and comparing it to the chart.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (depending on region).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Shopify processes all payments using industry-leading encryption and security.
